Every hoist ring we sell is load-rated and proof-tested, with options for manual, powered or automated lifting.
Hoist rings designed to meet or exceed ASME B30.26 rigging hardware standards, with clear working load limits on every part.
360° swivel and 180° pivot let the ring align to the load, reducing side-load stress on bolts and tapped holes.

Hoist ring FAQ
Hoist rings are bolt-on (or weld-on) lifting points that attach to a load so it can be rigged and lifted with slings, hooks or shackles. A swivel hoist ring rotates 360° and pivots 180°, so it stays aligned with the sling and can be loaded at angles where a fixed eye bolt cannot.
Lifting eye bolts are best for in-line, vertical lifts and lose capacity quickly when loaded at an angle. Swivel hoist rings rotate and pivot to follow the load, keeping their rated capacity at angles, which makes them the safer choice for angular, side-pull and turning lifts.
Start with the total load weight, the number of lifting points, the sling angle and the thread size of the tapped hole. Always choose a hoist ring whose working load limit meets or exceeds the load on each point, and torque the bolt to the manufacturer's specification. Yes. We supply inch and metric thread hoist rings, heavy-duty swivel hoist rings, side-pull hoist rings, weld-on lifting points, lifting eye bolts and hoist ring accessories from Carr Lane, Actek, RUD and ADB.
ASME B30.26 is the safety standard covering rigging hardware such as shackles, eye bolts, swivels and hoist rings. It sets requirements for design factors, identification, inspection and removal from service. The hoist rings we distribute are designed to meet or exceed it.
